Prince of Wales and Prescot Joint Meeting |

| On 16th Dec I knocked on the door at the Christmas meeting held jointly between two lodges, Prince of Wales No.466 and Prescot No.903. The meeting this year held at Prescot Masonic Hall. | |
| It is a splendid tradition that both lodges have, a perfect example of celebrating Christmas together. | |

| After L466 had opened and closed Prescot opened and on completing some minor business Roy Hedges AProvGDC on my behalf knocked on the door, made the usual announcement, I then entered the Lodge accompanied by Tony Thackrah ProvGReg and Paul Broadley ProvGSD. | |
| My surprise visit was most warmly received by all. | |
| I then had the pleasure of witnessing a brilliant Advancement ceremony conducted by David Rigby ProvGDC for Bro Tim Alberts. | |

| There followed an excellent Christmas fair, after which I presented Tim, the candidate, with a Prov Tie. | |
| Before proceedings closed I wished both lodges a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. | |
| Special thanks to Stewart Aimson of Prince of Wales Lodge, the only brother who knew of our attendance, booked us all in under assumed names and was our chauffeur for the evening. | |
